ran nyc marathons 4 times  in 2004 4:20 2005 4:15 2006 3:46 and 2007 3:49  my fastest 3.1 mile race is run to home plate in 2006  20:31

Short-Term Running Goals:

get faster and training to run LI marathon in a couple of months

Long-Term Running Goals:

to finish a marathon in 3:30 or less to qualify for boston

Personal:

i was born in Rosario Argentina , came to  New york when i was 9 lived here all my life picked up running about 6 years ago and loved it i used to play alot of soccer before but i like running more since i cant play the sport that much anymore i run with my brother most of the times he also loves to run we ran NYC & L.I marathons and the Virginia half also wich was very fun . Today i found this site and i signed up on it seems very cool cause i can log my miles and also keep in touch with other runners

 9:00 sunday morning run with my brother and the bridal path team in central park , the weather was very cold, again 24 degrees , sunny with low winds .we were 7 runners 4 of them had qualified for boston in NY marathon. We started out strong but had to slow down at mile 6 for a drink ,we had hidden some gatorades  nearby .I kept running  at a slower pace .later as im coming around the last loop i see my brother and 4 others pass me and waved wich made me  try  catching  up to them but finnaly  stopped at mile 9where i saw my brother waiting for me he asked me if i was done my respond was YES walked back to the car feeling very tired and cold . So i will  need to do more of this kind of training if i ever want to make it into Boston . Picking up my weekly miles even if i dont like running in the damn cold !!!
